4000 MacArthur Lobby

A significant 3,700 SF lobby renovation and transformation was completed for two 10 story, 377,893 SF prominent buildings on the most visible corner in Newport Beach. The outdated features were updated with back-painted glass, stainless steel and white granite to create a spectacular Class A space. Additionally, stainless steel and a glass canopy were added to the exterior portion of the entrance and stunning renovations of all bathrooms and elevator cabs complete this now modern and sophisticated aesthetic.
