Cooling Tower

SAA designed the new Central Plant cooling tower enclosure to architecturally compliment the landmark Century Plaza Towers in Century City. Dynamic lighting accents in vibrant colors highlight the enclosure after dark. The 6,200 ton Central Plant includes a state-of-the-art high efficiency chilled water system, condenser water system, hot water system and above ground cooling tower enclosure.
