Living Opportunities Management Company (LOMCO) is an experienced residential property management company established in 1975 to provide day-today supervision of the projects that were being developed by its parent company, Doty-Burton Associates. Specializing in affordable housing for the elderly and disabled, LOMCO currently manages 21 properties throughout Los Angeles, Orange and Ventura counties.

For the LOMCO headquarters offices, SAA chose a neutral base palette with pops of bold color. The 7,200 SF space is open with an abundance of natural light throughout. Custom workstations punctuate the design and a provide contemporary and sophisticated work atmosphere.
