SAA was contracted to update and renovate this large utility company’s existing facilities in Monterey Park . The client required a work space that meet both the operational and environmental needs of the organization. The project intent is to renovate approximately 16,000 SF of an existing mezzanine level for office space to accommodate approximately 110 employees and to replace approximately 68,000 SF of the existing roofing system. Design consideration was taken to ensure the maximum of natural light infused the work areas.
This project received LEED Silver Certification by the US Green Building Council.
