It describes how we use and share that information and describes the steps we take to protect your privacy.

We collect personal information when you provide it directly.

We collect personal information when you interact with the Site (including communications sent to us via the Contact Us form), sign up to receive marketing emails from us, provide personal information to us via third party sources (including social media platforms and mobile applications), and provide to us through other channels, such as over the phone, event-related communications, via email, via file sharing, or in person.

The information we obtain depends on your privacy settings on the applicable social media service. We comply with the privacy policies of the social media platform and will only collect and store such personal information in accordance with the privacy policies of those social media platforms. When you access the Site or our services through social media channels or when you connect the Site to social media services, you are authorizing us to collect, store, and use such information and content in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

We collect personal information using automated technologies

We may also automatically collect certain information about your equipment, browsing actions and patterns as you navigate through and interact with the Site.

We use cookies, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Hubspot, Webflow, pixels/web beacons, and similar technologies to operate our website and to help collect data.

We also may use these technologies to collect information about your online activities over time and across third party websites or other online services, including clickstream data. We use such technologies on our Site to track your visits and activity on the Site, combat fraud, analyze how our services perform, improve our services, and fulfill other legitimate business purposes.

Cookies are small text files placed on your device to store data that can be recalled by a web server in the same domain that placed the cookie. The text in a cookie often consists of a string of numbers and letters that uniquely identifies your device, but it can contain other information as well. We may use the following types of cookies:

• Essential Cookies are required to make our Site function properly and cannot be turned off in our systems. If you block these cookies, portions of our Site may not function properly.

• Analytical/Performance Cookies which collect passive information about your use of the Site or our services and/or which remember your name or choices. These allow us to recognize and count the number of visitors to the Site and understand how such users navigate through the Site (e.g., when and which pages are visited, in what order the pages are visited, and where a user is located). They help us know which pages of our Site are most and least popular, which features are used most, and how visitors move around the Site.

These improve the functional performance of the Site and make it easier for you to use. • Third Party Cookies allow you to share information using social media sharing buttons on social networks like Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, or Instagram. This information may then be used by the social media network to deliver targeted advertising to you.

o Facebook & Instagram – We use Facebook Meta cookies and/or similar tracking technologies to track user behavior across websites for advertising and analytics purposes.

o Pinterest – Pinterest sets cookies and/or similar tracking technologies for tracking the use of its platform by unauthenticated users.

We may combine information collected automatically from your interactions with our services and your activity on third-party sites with other data (including personal information).

If you wish to opt out of allowing certain cookies, you may do so by changing your browser settings so that cookies from our Site cannot be set. Please note that if you delete, block, or otherwise restrict cookies, or use a different computer or Internet browser, you will need to renew your cookie management choices. If you disable or delete certain cookies in your Internet browser settings, you may still access our Site, however, you might not be able to access or use important functions or features of our Site.

Google Analytics

We may also use third-party solutions to conduct web analytics, such as Google Analytics. Google Analytics is a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc., which uses cookies to help analyze how users use this website. The information generated by such web analytic about your use of this Site (such as your IP address, the URL visited, the date and time the page was viewed) will be transmitted and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Google will use this information to monitor your use of this Site, compiling reports on website activity for website operators and providing other services related to website activity and internet usage. Google may transfer this information to third parties where required by law, or where such third parties process information on Google’s behalf. Google Tags

We also allow third-party companies (e.g., Google) to place tags on our digital properties once approved through our tagging process. The tags may collect information from your interactions on the Site. Our Privacy Policy does not cover these third-party companies. Please contact these third-party companies (e.g., Google) directly for more information about their privacy policy and your choices regarding their collection and use of your information.

Google Search Console

We use Google Search Console to assist us in monitoring the Site’s performance in Google Search, fix indexing issues, and optimize the Site’s content for better visibility. It provides insights into how users find the Site and alerts us to any problems that may affect the Site’s search rankings. Please contact Google directly for more information about its privacy policy and your choices regarding its collection and use of your information.

Webflow

We use Webflow as our content management platform. Webflow enables us to design, build, and maintain the Site, ensuring secure performance and an optimized user experience. As part of providing these services, Webflow may collect technical information such as IP addresses, browser type, and usage data to support site functionality, security, and analytics. Please contact Webflow directly for more information about its privacy practices and your choices regarding the collection and use of your information.

Hubspot

We use HubSpot to support our marketing and analytics efforts. HubSpot helps us manage communications, analyze site interactions, and understand how users engage with the Site and our content. In doing so, HubSpot may collect personal information such as names, email addresses, IP addresses, and usage data when users submit forms, subscribe to communications, or otherwise interact with the Site. Pixels/Web Beacons

Pages of our Site and our emails may contain small electronic files known as web beacons (also referred to as clear gifs, pixel tags and single-pixel gifs) that permit us, for example, to count users who have visited those pages or opened an email and for other related website statistics (for example, recording the popularity of certain website content and verifying system and server integrity).

Geolocation

We or our third-party service providers may collect geolocation data from your mobile device. You may choose to “Opt-Out” of this functionality by turning off this preference in your device’s applicable settings (please see COMMUNICATION PREFERENCES below for more detailed information). If you choose to opt out of location collection, certain functionality of the Site or associated services may not be available. We may use and share your mobile device’s geolocation together with personal information or other information to provide you with personalized notifications or messaging by email, push notification, online or in-app advertising, or by other means described in this Privacy Policy.

Do Not Track

Some newer web browsers have the ability to send a "Do Not Track" signal to the websites you visit to indicate that you do not want your activity to be tracked. The Site does not currently process or respond to Do Not Track signals at this time.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We will only use your personal information for business and commercial purposes. This includes, without limitation:

We take your privacy seriously and do not disclose your personal information to third parties except to the extent necessary to provide the services and/or products to you. This includes: with employees and associated firms within our organization or our third-party service providers in order to provide you with the Site, any services you subscribe to, and/or products or services; to take actions based on your requests; for the purpose of management and analysis; to a buyer or other successor in interest; when such disclosure is appropriate, in our reasonable opinion, to comply with the law, a court order, or a subpoena; or otherwise as approved by you. We also may share personal information with third-party service providers who perform services for or on our behalf based on our instructions, including, to provide backend services, conduct analysis, and assist us in providing the services to you.

We do not authorize these third-party service providers to use or disclose the information except (a) as necessary to perform services. Additionally, we may disclose your personal information to prevent or investigate a possible crime (such as fraud or identity theft), to protect the security of this Site, to enforce or apply our online TERMS or other agreements, or to protect the rights, property or safety of us, our users, or others. Please note that we may disclose, without restriction, aggregated and deidentified or anonymized information about our users, which is information that does not identify any specific individual.

5. DATA SECURITY

We have implemented appropriate physical, electronic, and administrative measures designed to secure the personal information that you provide us from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. The Site is hosted on Webflow, which provides built-in security measures including HTTPS encryption, secure hosting infrastructure, firewalls, and regular system monitoring to protect data. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted to our Site. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Site.

6. RETENTION

We will retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, this includes to provide the services to you, comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes and enforce our legal agreements and policies. SAA will also retain Site and services usage data for internal analysis purposes.

7. COMMUNICATION PREFERENCES

We may send you communications related to your transactions, security, or the administration of this Site. We may also send you other messages or updates about SAA, our Site, our services, and promotions or other activities. If you do not wish to receive non-transaction/security related communications from SAA, you may opt-out by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in the communication or contact us where specified in the “Contact Us” section, below. Please note that unsubscribing to communications from us will limit your knowledge and use of our services.

Some of the third parties that display our ads on their services may provide you with additional choices to opt out of targeted advertising. For example, social media providers may allow you to control your advertising preferences directly through their services. Please review the privacy policies of the third-party services you use for more information.

Please note that “opt-out” and “unsubscribe” requests may not take effect immediately and may take a reasonable amount of time to receive, process and apply, during which time your information shall remain subject to the prior privacy settings. Additionally, you should be aware that any information provided to third parties prior to your election to opt-out or unsubscribe will not be retrieved or rescinded, unless required by applicable law.

8. TARGETED ADVERTISING

We do not participate in targeted advertising at this time, nor do we not control third parties’ collection or use of your information to serve interest-based advertising. However, these third parties may provide you with ways to choose not to have your information collected or used in this way. You can opt out of receiving targeted ads (including ads served using non-cookie technologies) from members of the NAI on the NAI’s website, available at: https://optout.networkadvertising.org/?c=1. You can also visit the Digital Advertising Alliance’s website, available at https://youradchoices.com/, to use its Consumer Choice Tools.

9. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

None of our services, products, or this Site are intended for use by anyone under the age of 18 or who otherwise lack capacity to consent on their own behalf (“incapacitated dependent”). If you are a parent or a guardian and believe we may have collected information about your child or incapacitated dependent, please contact us immediately as described in the "Contact Us" section of this Privacy Policy. 10. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFER OF INFORMATION

We and our processors, sub processors and third-party vendors are located in the United States of America. At this time we do not transfer or store such information outside of the United States of America.

11. INTEGRATED OR LINKED THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The Site or services may be linked to, rely on and/or be integrated with websites, applications, interfaces, services and platforms operated by other companies in order to facilitate certain services and/or functionality. All information shared with such third-party service providers, including payment information, is provided directly by you to them and is subject to such third-party’s privacy terms and policies. SAA is not a party to your engagement of such third-party service providers, nor do we receive any of the information that you provide to them directly in order to set up or manage your account with them.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices (or otherwise) of such websites, applications, interfaces, services and platforms operated by third parties that you provide your information to directly, even when such are linked to, rely on and/or integrated with the Site or services.

We encourage you to read the privacy policies of all websites you visit and services you obtain. This Privacy Policy applies only to our collection and use of the information we collect, it does not apply to third-party websites or mobile apps. We will only use your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy.

12. ADDITIONAL DISCLOSURE FOR RESIDENTS OF CALIFORNIA

For residents of California, this section describes how we collect, use, and disclose, the personal information of California residents, and the rights you may have under California law. These disclosures are intended to supplement this Privacy Policy with information required by California law.

To understand what personal information we may have collected about you in the past 12 months, and from where we collected it, please see the section INFORMATION WE COLLECT above.

We collect this personal information, as further described in the HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION section above, to operate, manage, and maintain our business, to provide our products and services, and to accomplish our business purposes and objectives.

We may disclose personal information with the third parties listed above in the section DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION. Below, we have provided more detail regarding the two ways we disclose your personal information: (a) for a commercial purpose, i.e., “selling and “sharing” of your personal information and (b) general disclosures of personal information for a business purpose.

Disclosure of Personal Information for a Business Purpose

To manage our business and provide services to you, we sometimes disclose personal information with third parties. These third parties cannot further collect, sell or share, or use the personal information we disclose with them except as necessary to perform our purposes, as instructed by us.

In the past 12 months, we may have disclosed Identifiers, Demographic Information, User-generated Content, Device Information, and Internet Activity for our operational business purposes.

Your Rights

Under California law, you have a right to notice, upon collection, of the categories of personal information collected and the purposes for which the information will be used. In addition, California residents may have additional rights, subject to certain limitations, including:

• Access: You may have the right to access a copy of the categories and specific pieces of personal information that we have collected, used, and/or disclosed.

• Correction: You may have the right to request that we correct inaccurate personal information that we hold about you, taking into account the nature of the personal information and the purposes of the processing of the personal information.

• Deletion: You may have the right to request that we delete or anonymize your personal information, with certain exceptions.

• Data Portability: You have the right to receive a copy of your personal information in a readily usable and portable format that enables you to transmit the data to another entity without hindrance.

• Sale/Sharing Opt-out: We do not sell or share your personal information.

• No Retaliation: You have the right to be free from discrimination for exercising your rights.

We also recognize the Global Privacy Control (“GPC”) as a valid consumer request to opt out of marketing cookies for the browser that you use to access the Site.

California residents can exercise the rights discussed above by submitting a verifiable consumer request to us either:

• Writing a letter to our address listed in CONTACT US.

Only you, or a person registered with the California Secretary of State that you authorize to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request related to your personal information. You may also make a verifiable consumer request on behalf of your minor child.

You may only make a verifiable consumer request for access or data portability twice within a 12-month period. The request must:

• Provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected personal information or an authorized representative.

• Describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.

Responding to Your Request

We cannot respond to your request or provide you with personal information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the personal information relates to you. Making a verifiable consumer request does not require you to create an account with us. We will only use personal information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the requestor’s identity or authority to make the request.

We ordinarily respond to a verifiable consumer request within 45 days. If we require more time, we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing. Unless otherwise requested, any disclosures we provide will only cover the 12-month period preceding the verifiable consumer request’s receipt. Under the CCPA, you may request that we disclose certain information to you about our collection and use of your personal information beyond the past 12 months. However, we may decline to provide you that information if doing so would require a disproportionate effort on our part. The response we provide will also explain the reasons we cannot comply with a request, if applicable. As necessary, we will select a format to provide your personal information that is readily useable and should allow you to transmit the information from one entity to another entity without hindrance.

We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable consumer request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request. Please note, however, before we will be able to process your request for access or deletion of personal information, we will need to properly verify your identity for security purposes. If we possess appropriate personal information about you (e.g., name, email, address), we will attempt to verify your identity using that information. If it is not reasonably possible to identify you, we may not be able to respond to your request.

To use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf, we may need the authorized agent to provide proof that you gave the authorized agent signed permission to submit the request on your behalf. We may also require you to verify your identity directly with us.

California’s “Shine the Light” Disclosure

We have not disclosed any personal information with other companies for their direct marketing use within the immediately preceding calendar year. Accordingly, California’s “Shine the Light” law, Cal. Civil Code, § 1798.83 to § 1798.84, does not apply to us and we have not established any mechanism for you to request information on our disclosing of information for third parties’ marketing purposes.
