SAA transformed a two story, 10,000 SF freestanding building into a fully integrated youth wellness center that supports mental, physical, educational, and peer care for ages 12 to 25. What began as a standard commercial structure is now a purpose built environment designed for comfort, accessibility, and community impact. The facility combines assembly areas, consultation spaces, and administrative functions with thoughtful FF&E, a green wall, curated graphics, and OSHPD 3 compliant systems. The result is a clear, efficient, and welcoming resource for the community.

The completed Allcove center reflects SAA’s ability to turn complexity into clarity. Regulatory hurdles, shifting codes, and existing condition challenges were resolved into a cohesive, compliant, and highly functional care environment. The building now delivers a streamlined workflow for staff and a supportive, accessible experience for youth. The project strengthens community resources, expands SAA’s healthcare and wellness portfolio, and demonstrates the value of disciplined coordination and purpose driven design.
