SAA transformed a windowless basement with restrictive structure and limited pathways for utilities into a boutique women’s health clinic centered on comfort, privacy, and clinical performance. What was once an inflexible, storage-like environment is now a restorative, hospitality inspired care setting with reception, consult rooms, and private treatment areas. Calming finishes, strategic lighting, and thoughtful planning support both patient experience and provider wellbeing while reinforcing the client’s commitment to elevated, personalized care.

Project Challenges

Former clinic lacked cohesive planning, creating operational inefficiencies and inconsistent patient and provider experience
Windowless basement with fixed load bearing walls and narrow openings restricted infrastructure routing and spatial flexibility
