Project Overview

SAA has played a central role in repositioning 1960 Grand into a competitive, campus-style workplace destination that strengthens tenant retention, accelerates leasing activity and enhances long-term asset value. Beyond the transformation of the common areas into a hospitality-driven, indoor-outdoor environment, SAA has completed more than three hundred projects inside the building spanning spec suites, tenant improvements and ongoing leasing support services. This extensive body of work has unified the building’s identity, modernized its offerings and ensured that 1960 Grand continues to meet the expectations of today’s tenants.
