SAA transformed MSIG’s new West Coast headquarters from a traditional insurance office into a lively, hospitality-driven workplace that supports a collaborative, modern work experience. The design shifts the environment from quiet and compartmentalized to open, welcoming, and community focused, creating a workspace that reflects MSIG’s forward-looking identity and elevates both client engagement and daily employee experience. The result is a warm, energized headquarters that fosters connection, productivity, and a sense of belonging.
