SAA reimagined a standard warehouse and transformed it into a 150,000 SF headquarters built to advance the brand’s mission and long term growth. What began as an industrial shell is now a purpose built environment that consolidates research, development, training, and administration under one roof. The facility delivers cleanroom and lab capabilities, flexible expansion space, and a workplace that strengthens culture and collaboration. The result is a headquarters that shifts from basic infrastructure to a strategic asset designed for innovation, performance, and scalability.
