Project Overview

Outfront Media partnered with SAA to transform a series of former retail buildings into a unified creative campus that reflects their culture and supports both teamwork and client engagement. What had been a collection of disconnected spaces was reimagined as a cohesive workplace community that celebrates authenticity and the character of Hollywood. SAA created an environment that inspires collaboration, enhances daily operations and provides a memorable setting for hosting clients and showcasing the Outfront brand.

Turning Challenges Into Opportunities

Project Challenges

  • Converting several former retail buildings with different layouts and histories into one cohesive workplace campus
  • Balancing creative expression with the functional needs of a high performing corporate environment
  • Integrating brand identity in a way that enhances the architecture without overwhelming its raw character

  • Unified the buildings through a consistent design framework that preserved red brick and bow truss structures while introducing a neutral, modern palette
  • Incorporated interior billboard elements and a Hollywood inspired installation to express brand identity in a bold yet contextual way
  • Connected meeting rooms, studio spaces, the café and VIP screening lounge directly to the courtyard to encourage indoor and outdoor collaboration and client interaction
