Stradling, a prominent law firm in Newport Beach, partnered with SAA to redefine its workplace into a modern, efficient environment that aligns with its evolving practice and talent priorities. An office that had become outdated and underutilized was reimagined through a strategic planning effort that standardized office sizes, improved adjacencies and created clarity across multiple floors.
